Each set includes two dual sided breast relief packs featuring:

The Milky Days Breast Relief Packs are filled with a medical-grade gel that remains flexible when chilled for more comfortable contouring around the breast.
Featuring a soft fabric and PVC dual layer design, the packs are made without BPA, BPS or phthalates with RoHS tested materials for added peace of mind.

HEAT THERAPY:
Place one pack flat in the microwave.
700W - 16s
1000W - 13s
1250W - 11s
Test the pack’s temperature to ensure it’s comfortably warm before application.
If additional warmth is desired, heat in 5-second increments, checking the temperature each time.
Place plush side on breast for 15-20 minutes.
COLD THERAPY:
Place in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes or in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Place gel/felt side on breast for 15-20 minutes.
CLEANING & STORAGE:
Hand-wash regularly in warm, soapy water and allow to air dry.
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, or in the freezer.
