How to Measure
Before pumping or feeding, measure the diameter of both nipples (diameter of the nipple only, not the areola). Starting with the size closest to your measurement is recommended for optimal comfort and milk flow. If you need different sizes per side, select Custom Mix and add a note at checkout with your sizes

After each use, remove the insert from your breast shield and wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reassembling.
